Snow on a lazy sunday....

Now that the holiday season is over it's time to take it easy. We were supposed to have this great big storm yesterday but it didn't come. In fact, it was one of the best days we've had this winter. It was warm and sunny and all the snow had melted. We were beggining to wonder about these weathermen and where they get their info from when low and behold... we awoke to a winter wonderland this morning. Our snow blower hasn't worked all season so Bob has been working on it all day to get it running..... and he's still working on it now. While Bob has been busy in the garage, the kids decided we finally had the right kind of snow to make a snowman (not that light and fluffy stuff that doesn't stay together). So off they went to find some snow clothes and gloves. Turns out that the snow was still kind of light and fluffy but with a little work, they managed to get 3 snowballs for a snowman.

Zoey had to pick her spots to run so she wouldn't get "high centered" in the snow. Most of the time she just hung out under the trampoline.

Finally, with a little bit of tears from Maddie we have a finished product.
